As early as you can — popular dates like the holiday season and spring weekends fill quickly. Check your date with us first; a 50% deposit officially reserves it.
How many guests can you serve?
Each funnel cake is made to order in about 2–3 minutes, with service windows of roughly 3–4 hours. Share your headcount and we’ll recommend the right package — exact guest capacities per package are being finalized.
What do you need from us on-site?
Just a suitable space for our setup. We’ll confirm footprint, power and access details — indoor or outdoor — during your consultation.
Can we customize the menu or add branding?
Yes — from signature toppings to themed or branded touches for corporate events and activations. Tell us your vision and we’ll tailor the experience.
Do you travel outside Dallas–Fort Worth?
We serve the entire DFW Metroplex. Events farther out may be possible on request, and travel fees may apply.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit secures your date: $750 for Traditionals / Fries, $1,250 for Artisans and $1,750 for Cake Flights. Remaining balance and cancellation terms will be outlined in your event agreement.
